KESTFAR FULL SPEED AHEAD (born 2002) – Section B Welsh mare by  *Rhoson Pasiant (Downland Rembrandt x Pennwood Santa Monica) X Findeln Pompano (Findeln Cinnabar x Findeln Minnow). “Sadie” is a large (14.1 hh) Sec. B. bay, Welsh mare with incredible bloodlines including those of Downland Rembrandt, Findeln Blue Danube, Glannant Limerick, Brockwell Spider, Cusop Sheriff, and Coed Coch Berwynfa, to mention but a few.  Sadie is out of *Rhoson Pasiant, a 13.1 hh imported Sec. B Welsh stallion and North American Sport Pony, who was an international Supreme Champion and the sire of many US and Canadian Champions.  In their tribute to Pasiant after his passing in 2014, the Morton family from Canada listed many of his accomplishments.   Pasiant was a leading Sec. B sire in Ontario and was rated in the Top 10 USEF Pony Hunter Sires. He was also inspected by the ASPR and awarded the elite First Premium Premiere, an award given to only 2% of those ponies. All of Pasiant’s offspring who were presented to the NASPR were awarded First Premium status.  Sadie appears to have acquired many of the traits of her famous sire:  his quiet disposition, his excellent hunter action, and his outstanding movement.  Sadie’s temperament makes her an ideal child’s riding pony in either flat or jumping classes.   Sadie and her young rider have been showing together this summer (2018) at various local and also some rated shows, and they’ve been performing extremely well, usually ending in one of the top three spots and oftentimes winning the Championship or the Reserve Championship in their division.
